La Vineria alle Erbe è situata in Piazzetta San Gervasio al Mercato delle Erbe di Bologna, un’attività che fa dell’artigianalità il suo punto di forza. Volete saperne di più? 

Buongiorno utenti di radiolocaliditalia.it oggi vi porto a Bologna per degustare le specialità della Vineria alle Erbe, un’attività nata nel 2001 dalla collaborazione dello Chef francese Lionel e di Nicola, proprietario di un’enoteca di vini. Insieme hanno deciso di aprire questa vineria.  Una collaborazione che ha visto un cambiamento nel 2019, quando Ludovica entra in società. 

Un nuovo membro già molto vicino al mondo dei vini in quanto precedentemente conduceva una piccola attività familiare di quarta generazione dedita alla produzione di vini. Oggi ad affiancarla nel suo lavoro c’è Alberto nella parte della gestione amministrativa. Entrambi accomunati dalla passione per i vini. 

Artigianalità come parola chiave

Sebbene quest’attività sia figlia del cambiamento, l’impronta artigianale dell’attività non è mutata. Infatti, fondamentale diventa la cura, l’attenzione e la scelta verso vini di produzione artigianale ad opera di aziende agricole di piccola media grandezza. 

«E’ facile trovare vini buoni ad un prezzo molto alto, la difficoltà sta nel trovare la qualità lì dove c’è anche convenienza» dice Ludovica. 

Una qualità che viene garantita anche dalla fornitura del vecchio proprietario che, nonostante il cambio della guardia, ha mantenuto ottimi rapporti con la gestione e l’attività. 

Le degustazioni

Non mancano degustazioni che si accompagnano ai sorsi di vino, soprattutto tapas fatti al momento. I piatti cambiano costantemente in quanto sono caratterizzati dall’utilizzo di prodotti locali ma anche di stagione, dunque le novità non mancano mai. C’è una ricerca del menù per trovare prodotti di qualità e stagionali. 

Le proposte della casa non si concentrano solo sulle specialità che offre il territorio emiliano, infatti le proposte valicano i confini delle diverse regioni per regalare ai clienti l’imbarazzo della scelta ma anche la possibilità di scoprire nuovi sapori. 

Carta di vini naturali

Ad oggi la Vineria alle Erbe possiede anche una carta di vini naturali. 

Cosa sono vi starete chiedendo? 

Sono una tipologia di vini che sta iniziando a prendere abbastanza piede in Italia.  Sono vini biodinamici e quindi si presume che non abbiano trattamenti in vigna e in cantina vengono trattati naturalmente senza essere filtrati e senza aggiunta di prodotti artificiali. 

A garantire la massima efficienza e qualità del posto ci sono: Roberto il responsabile della parte dei vini e della sala, affiancato da Rachele e Chiara, mentre in cucina c’è Riccardo.
