In arrivo un probabile album postumo di Amy Winehouse. Ad annunciarne l’arrivo è stato il padre.  «Non sarà Back to Black, ma quello che ho sentito è ottimo». 

Buongionro amici di Radio. Volete sapere quali notizie ci sono in servo per voi? Ebbene, a quanto pare è in arrivo un album postumo di Amy Winehouse. La notizia è stata rivelata dal padre Mitch. Secondo quanto riportato su rollingstone.it la notizia è stata riportata alla BBC il giorno del decimo anniversario dalla sua morte. 

Amy Winehouse: l’album postumo. 

«Abbiamo trovato dei frammenti, ma è difficile utilizzarli perché i CD sono danneggiati. Ma da quanto mi hanno detto potremmo riuscire a recuperare qualcosa. Non sarà buono come Back to Black, ma da quello che ho sentito, dai frammenti che riusciremo a restaurare, il materiale è buono».

Il materiale su cui lavorare sono dei frammenti grezzi della sua esordiente carriera. E’ poco ma  a quanto pare si riesce a far qualcosa. Probabilmente la peculiarità di questo album sarà tutta data dal fatto che sia postumo.

Questo perché il materiale a disposizione non permette la produzione di un lavoro eccezionale, almeno non quanto Back to Black.

Attraverso queste parole non si vuole sminuire l’importanza di un progetto, piuttosto sembra un modo per far conoscere al pubblico ciò che è stata, da dove tutto è cominciato. 

Il tempo passa, le persone cambiano e gli artisti crescono e quelli che erano dei lavori grezzi, probabilmente mai usciti allo scoperto, non li sentirà nessuno. Questo album vuole essere un modo per far conoscere al pubblico ciò che Amy era.

Mitch Winehouse ha anche parlato di come il successo della figlia ha cambiato la vita di tutta la famiglia. «Io e sua madre Janis ci occupiamo dell’eredità. Sì, la sua musica fa guadagnare ancora molto denaro, ha sistemato tutti. Dieci anni dopo la sua morte si occupa ancora delle persone a cui voleva bene, sia famigliari che amici. Lei era fatta così, era generosa e per certi versi lo è ancora».
