Buongiorno a tutti amici di radio, oggi parliamo di cibo. Il buon cibo affascina sempre, così come togliersi qualche sfizzio. Non si rinuncia mai al dolcetto del cuore. Eppure può capitare che mangiando si soffra un pò. Di cosa sto parlando? Di reflusso gastrico.

 

Reflusso gastroesofageo e dieta sono strettamente legati fra loro, a livello di cause, terapia e prevenzione.

Per coloro che soffrono di reflusso gastrico è opportuno stare attenti e magari seguire una dieta come terapia. Ci sono dei cibi che bisogna assolutamente evitare. Cibi troppo grazzi, caffè, cioccolato, spezie e ovviamente bibite gassate, cibi acidi come arancia, limone, cavolfiore, melanzane, pomodori freschi e via andare. 

 

Reflusso gastrico: cosa sapere?

Reflusso gastrico è un termine che sicuramente abbiamo sentito. Ma di cosa si tratta nello specifico? A quanto pare è un fenomeno per cui i succhi gastrici risalgono dallo stomaco all’esofago, raggiungendo nei casi più gravi perfino la gola. Insomma non è un bello spettacolo, soprattutto per chi ne soffre. 

 

Dovete sapere che è un disturbo molto comune. Alla peggio però può diventare un disturbo cronico diventando una vera e propria malattia da reflusso gastrico. Lo stato di conicità è legato al malfunzionamento del cardias, ossia la valvola che, posta tra esofago e stomaco, impedisce la risalita del cibo proprio da quest’ultimo.

Tra i fattori che possono pregiudicare il funzionamento del cardias, rientrano condizioni come l’obesità, il fumo di sigaretta, l’ernia iatale, l’asma, l’assunzione costante di certi medicinali, la gravidanza, lo stress e un’alimentazione poco salutare.

 

Cosa si deve fare se si soffre di reflusso gastrico? 

Esistono ovviamente delle soluzione al reflusso gastrico. Per prima cosa è necessaria una terapia farmacologica a base di medicinali come gli antiacidi, gli alginati, gli anti-H2 e gli inibitori di pompa protonica, i quali tamponano l’acidità gastrica e/o riducono la produzione di succhi digestivi acidi da parte dello stomaco. A questo si accosta una terapia dietetica appropriata, che aumenti il tono del cardias anziché rilassarlo eccessivamente, che mantenga a bassi livelli la pressione intraddominale anziché aumentarla e che comporti una secrezione acida contenuta da parte dello stomaco.

 

Piccole accortezze per il reflusso gastrico? 

Ovviamente qui non siamo esperti medici, ma sappiamo che esistono alcune accortezze per andare in contro al reflusso gastroesofaceo. In primis fare pasti piccoli e frequenti, le abbuffate non sono concesse, questo per non rischiare di sovraccaricare il vostro povero stomaco. 

Evitate di mangiare prima di andare a dormire, una regola che vale sia per la cena che per il pranzo. Non si mangia alle 23.30 e non ci si sdraia alle 13.30 post pranzo. Per la sera cenate verso le 19.30 e per il pranzo non dormite, siate “cavalli”, rimanete in piedi. Questo perché allo stomaco servono almeno due per per digerire e svuotare la parte dei succhi gastrici. Se ci sdraiamo è più facile che questi risalgono su. 

 

Cibi da evitare con il reflusso gastrico. 

Ovviamente ci sono dei cibi che si devono evitare. In primis  alimenti ricchi di grassi come fritti, carni rosse grasse, formaggi grassi, troppo olio. I cibi grassi alloggiano a lungo nel nostro stomaco e richiedono una grande quantità di succhi gastrici.Altri da evitare sono le  bevande a base di caffeina (quindi caffè e tè), il cioccolato, la menta, i pomodori crudi, i superalcolici, le bibite gassate e le spezie come pepe, peperoncino, curry, noce moscata e via dicendo. 

 

  1. Cibi consigliati per chi soffre di reflusso gastrico?

Ovviamente ci sono anche dei cibi che si possono tranquillamente mangiare. Tra questi ricordiamo gli  alimenti magri e ricchi di proteine come carne bianca, uova, la maggior parte del pesce, i frutti di mare , perché, diversamente dai cibi grassi, sono più facili da digerire, comportano meno produzione di succhi gastrici e aumentano il tono muscolare del cardias.

La verdura fresca, per il ridotto contenuto di grassi e zuccheri, i cereali integrali a basso contenuto di grassi. L’ingente quantità di fibre dei cereali integrali assorbe i succhi gastrici dello stomaco, rendendo meno probabile il fenomeno del reflusso gastroesofageo.
